Meet Arnie

Arnie: a sweet 10 year old Shih Tzu who has vision issues due to cataracts.  He is friendly, quiet, good with other dogs.  He needs a home who can address his eye issues.   (this dog is being rescued this week, so rather than put him on the available page, please create his profile, but put on the graduates page)
